About Me

My experience spans over 10 years working in clinical, corporate and fitness based setups, dedicated to helping individuals and organizations maximize their potential and become empowered and well equipped to manage work and personal life challenges.

With a structured and research-oriented approach, I lay special emphasis on understanding the unconscious meaning and motivation behind problematic behaviors, feelings and thoughts.

I work with a compassionate, empathetic and solution focused approach and have an innate ability to quickly establish a rapport, build trust, interact and relate to individuals on all levels. This helps my clients to feel safe in therapy and develop a caring connection, which further enables them to do the therapeutic work they need to do and reap maximum reward from it.

A broad range of therapeutic approaches are utilized during sessions, with an emphasis on psychodynamic, existential, insight oriented, and supportive psychotherapy. The aim is to help you explore obstacles, to change and to learn healthy and effective coping skills to manage psychological symptoms, as well as everyday life stressors.

I've developed a specialization in treating those who suffer from depression, anxiety, childhood emotional neglect and trauma, overthinking and negative thought cycles, low self-esteem, grief, addictive behaviors, adult ADHD and problems in relationships ( romantic and non-romantic in nature).

With me you will discover an open, safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space to explore and resolve whatever needs attention. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth and change.

My Approach

Psychodynamic

Psychodynamic

This view emphasizes the role of the unconscious mind, early childhood experiences and interpersonal relationships to explain current behavior, patterns and belief systems.

Existential

Existential

This approach focuses on the concept of free will to create meaning and purpose in life if one feels lost, hopeless, or alienated. It maintains that each person has the free will to make choices and find meaning in their lives, even if the human condition seems lonely, meaningless, and temporary.

Cross-Cultural

Cross-Cultural

Through this approach we examine the different cultures that people live in and look at how these environments can influence an individual's thinking, behavior and decision making.
